Arrival & Waiting

Our beauty lounge is designed as an intimate retreat, reserved exclusively for each guest’s experience. We kindly ask that only the individual being serviced attend the appointment. Should you arrive more than 5 minutes prior to your scheduled time, please send a text so we may ensure the guest before you enjoys the completion of their experience without interruption. Should you wish to bring an additional guest, please arrange this with us prior to your appointment.

Parking
Complimentary on-site parking is available for your convenience. You will find us located at the east end of the complex, where you’ll find a large lot with multiple spaces typically open for guests.

Timeliness

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Out of respect for all scheduled guests, arrivals exceeding 15 minutes past their appointment time, may require rescheduling. A $15 late fee will be applied, and adjustments to your service may be necessary to accommodate the schedule with grace. Please keep in mind we maintain a full schedule and as a courtesy to others, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations & Missed Appointments

We understand that life brings unexpected changes. Should you need to adjust your reservation, please do so online, by call, or by text with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will incur a 50% service fee. Please note, after two no-shows, we will be unable to extend future bookings.

Take-Down/Detangle Services

For guests with two-strand twists, extensions, or braids, we ask that hair be untwisted and detangled prior to your visit, unless a take-down service has been reserved. If we installed your style, you may simply add this service to your upcoming appointment. Should you arrive without pre-arranging removal, an additional fee will be required.
